  1. Jill, superfoods are the way to go! Have you tried cinnamon fermented cod liver oil? That is my favorite at the moment. I wish I could attend your event but its the carbon conference in Spring Valley that weekend. Still, we are very glad to have you in the area and I look forward to attending some of your potlucks!
